• Fillerclean contains a balanced blend of mild alkalis, organic sequestrant and moderately foaming wetting agents/emulsifiers. It is particularly effective for removing residues of fruit juices, milk and other dairy products that typically build- up on filling machinery during use.
• Fillerclean is normally applied using the machine’s own automated dosing equipment. The controlled foaming action provides good coverage, excellent soil penetration and ease of rinsing. Under recommended conditions of use, Fillerclean is compatible with most materials including plastics and soft metals, such as aluminium.

Use Fillerclean at concentrations between 0.5-1% v/v depending on water hardness and degree and type of soiling. Fillerclean can be used for manual application by dipping, soaking, pouring with manual dosing.
