• Surf-X is a low-foaming detergent precursor for use in neutral and alkaline cleaners intended for use as a component of blend on site sanitation (BOSS) formulations dispensed via the ALX System. Surf-X is used in neutral to moderate alkaline and HD Caustic formulations for CIP. Recommended closed CIP system.. Surf-X is chlorine stable and can be used to formulate chlorinated alkaline CIP and similar blends. Surf-X can be added at up to 25% v/v to neutral, alkaline or caustic formulations that will be subsequently diluted at 1 – 8 fl. oz/gallon before use. The quantity of Surf-X in the final use solution is = 2.0 fl. oz/gallon. Surf-X is not intended for use as a stand-alone cleaner.
