Clax 500 color is a high alkaline product, based on a blend of soap, nonionics, water hardness sequestrants, anti-greying and anti-yellowing agents and silicates. In addition to dry feeding, this powder may be used for preparing stable and clear stock solutions, thus ensuring optimal dosing and delivery of product. The phosphate based building system ensures low water hardness Ion concentration and consequently prevents precipitation of detergent components. Phosphates also function as anti-greying agents by keeping soil particles in suspension (prevents re-deposition). In addition other ingredients with antiredeposition properties have been included in the product. Clax 500 color has been formulated with silicates, which are the main source of alkalinity and function as anti-corrosion and bleach stabilizing agents. The product contains an anti-yellowing agent with iron sequestring ability and optical brightener ensuring longlasting whiteness. Clax 500 color is most commonly applied in conjunction with a surfactant booster. This combination of products results in excellent removal and dispersion of fatty/oily soil. Combined with bleach, these products offer a strong system, which may be used for cleaning fabric from food industry, slaughter houses, fisheries etc.
