Suma Strip K9 is a highly active caustic based powdered detergent with low foaming properties suitable for cleaning of very heavily soiled surfaces in food processing areas. This product is very effective for a in-machine-removal of build up starch and proteins on porcelain or stainless steel surfaces. The formulation is also suitable to boost any machine ware washing detergent in case of heavily soiled surfaces. Suma Strip K9 can also be used for a wide range of applications in the food processing including ClP, bottle washing, keg washing, fryer/cooker boil-outs and degreasing of new equipment.
