Suma Super L1 is a chlorinated, alkaline liquid detergent suitable for use in single and multi-tank ware washing machines. It contains a blend of caustic alkali and scale control agents for excellent removal of fats and dried-on foods in soft water conditions. Thanks to chlorine bleach it also removes stains very effectively.

Quickly removes fats, starch and proteins. Prevent scaling of items and machine parts in soft water. Effectively removes tannin stains.

The first time the product is used, rinse the pump and suction hose in the dosing equipment to avoid possible crystallisation in the suction hose if another product is used.
