Suma Break up-conc D3.5 conc is a liquid detergent suitable for manual cleaning of all heavily soiled surfaces in the kitchen, such as floors, equipment, cooker hoods and cooker tops. It is an optimal blend of non-ionic and anionic surfactants for good wetting of surfaces and alkali and sequestrant for effective removal of all kinds of grease and dried-on food. The formulation is balanced in such a way that the product is safe for use on aluminium surfaces. Suma Break up-conc D3.5 conc is especially suitable for cleaning of floors either manually with a mop system or with low pressure spray equipment.

Spray cleaning:

1. Spray surface with solution and clean with damp cloth.
2. Rinse food contact surfaces with clean water and allow to air dry.

1. Apply solution to surface or equipment with spray bottle, cloth, brush or mop.
2. Scrub to remove stubborn deposits.
3. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry.
