• Divos 124 is a high caustic liquid detergent suitable for hard water and safe for use on MF & high pH tolerant UF membranes.
• Divos 124 has been tested on all relevant UF & MF membrane types.
• Divos 124 is efficient in cleaning MF & high pH tolerant UF membranes back to their original water flux values.
• Divos 124 is highly effective in the removal of all types of soiling from MF and high pH tolerant UF membranes and preventing scale build up.
• Divos 124 is highly effective in the removal of fat, protein, or other organic soiling, in dairy & pharmaceutical applications.
• Divos 124 is effective for the removal of organic and inorganic scaling across all food & beverage applications.

• Tested on all relevant UF & MF membrane types and approved for use by major OEM’s.
• Highly effective in removing organic and inorganic soiling, increasing permeation rates and returning water fluxes to original values.
• Is used in dairy applications where fat, protein and milkstone is a problem, increasing permeation rates, recovering water fluxes and maintaining optimum production capacity.
• Is used in food, beverage & pharmaceutical applications where organic and inorganic soiling is a problem, increasing permeation rates, recovering water fluxes and maintaining optimum processing efficiency.
• Gives highly cost effective cleaning performance.
• Enhances cleaning efficacy, improving productivity and final product quality.

Divos 124 is used at concentrations of 1-7% w/w (0.7-5% v/v), at 50-75°C for 30-45 minutes on high pH tolerant UF & MF membranes. The temperature & pH that Divos 124 is used at depends upon the cleaning temperature & pH tolerance of the membrane. Divos 124 containing solutions should be thoroughly rinsed after use to remove them from all food and beverage contact surfaces.
