• RTU Powergel is a caustic-based cleaner containing sequestrants and surfactants/ wetting agents. This blend has been shown to be particularly effective for removing polymerized oil from spiral and tunnel ovens, batch cookers, fryers and other area’s with polymerised and/or carbonised soil.

• RTU Powergel enables an easy cleaning of difficult soils like polymerized oil which has turned into high viscous or solid soiling.
• Application of this product on surfaces may lead to a decrease of chemical consumption in later stages of cleaning.
• Reduction of the cleaning time and manual cleaning.

RTU Powergel is applied ‘neat’, in spray, no foaming or diluted. It requires a minimum contact time of 20-30 minutes. RTU Powergel as neat product can be applied with a manual trigger sprayer or with a foam pot. The use of other foam equipment that imply the dilution of the product, are not recommended.
