Typical use concentrations for Adchlor are 0.2-0.6% w/w (0.19-0.56% v/v), depending upon the application, soiling and water hardness. The recommended caustic levels are 0.5-3% w/w depending upon the application, soiling and water hardness, then chlorine is automatically dosed into the CIP cleaning circuit. Solutions containing Adchlor should be thoroughly rinsed after use to remove them from all food and beverage contact surfaces.
