The concentration, time and temperature will vary upon application and product residues.
ClearKlens Multi is used for CIP at of 0.1-0.5% v/v at temperatures ranging from 50 to 90°C.
ClearKlens Multi is used in spray or soak applications at 5-20% v/v.
ClearKlens Multi is used for removal of heavy duty soil in tablet coating process cleaning (semi-automatic) in a concentration range between 1-5% v/v at 50-70° C.
For special applications when used as an additive, concentrations of 0.1-0.4% v/v (0.1-0.39% w/w) can be sufficient. Our application specialist can be consulted in such cases.
ClearKlens Multi containing solutions should be thoroughly rinsed after use to remove them from all product contact surfaces.
