Suma Protect D9.5 is a ready to use non-corrosive product suitable for use on non-food contact surfaces in ovens and grills. The product contains a special mix of surfactants and oils that provide a protective layer on surfaces upon drying. Oven soil will now stick to the layer and can be removed with a normal all-purpose cleaner or hand dish wash liquid.

1. Clean surfaces to be treated thoroughly and let dry.
2. Spray Suma Protect D9.5 evenly over the cool surfaces (temperature not above 60°C). Do not spray on food contact surfaces!
3. Switch on the oven and after 15 minutes it is ready for use.
4. To remove the layer along with the dirt, clean with a hand dishwash liquid or all-purpose cleaner solution and allow to dry.
5. Re-apply Suma Protect D9.5.

Suma Protect D9.5 is not suitable for use on steamers, steaming ovens or combination ovens (steam injected) as the layer will solubilize.
