Britestar is used at 1-3% w/w (0.75-2.3% v/v) causticity at temperatures ranging from 55 to 80°C depending upon application and soil type. All detergents and disinfectants should be thoroughly rinsed after use to remove them from all food and beverage contact surfaces.
