Chlorine dioxide is generated by the activation of a sodium chlorite solution with an acid. The efficient generation of chlorine dioxide is completed by the use of specially formulated solutions, the concentrations of which are matched to the process. Divoact H-32 is an acid activator specially formulated to be used with a 2 part chlorine dioxide generation process.
