Features:

Applications: Used in the dairy, food, poultry, wine and beverage processing industry for CIP or foam cleaning of equipment and environmental surfaces. It has a very high oxidation potential and will readily break down proteins, fats, greases and slimes. It is an outstanding replacement to chlorinated-alkaline foam products, and performs equivalently to other oxidative foaming products such as peroxyacetic acid (PAA). This product can be used at rates as high as 20-oz per gallon with typical use rates between 1-10 oz of PEROXY FOAM™ per gallon of dilution water. This product is also an outstanding performer for foam application to poultry houses, meat processing, and dairy processing or beverage accounts.
Properties: PEROXY FOAM™ is a very specialized cleaner-treatment that has a high oxidation potential and is very reactive with organics such as food residue, slimes and proteins, and is convenient due to self-foaming characteristics, and is a single use product for all applications. It may be used in hot (up to 150°F) or cold water. The degredation products are oxygen and water, and PEROXY FOAM™ will not add salt or conductivity to water discharges or affect waste treatment pretreatment operations. All ingredients in PEROXY FOAM™ are GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe), or have prior-sanctioned FDA approval for direct or indirect incidental food contact. PEROXY FOAM™ is non corrosive to aluminum and stainless steel.
Chemical Composition: PEROXY FOAM™ is an equilibrium mixture of hydrogen peroxide, organic acids, and a food grade detergent and stabilizer.
Storage: The PEROXY FOAM™ container must be stored in an upright position. The storage area should be well ventilated and shaded from sunlight as well as protected from sources of radiant heat. Contamination of the product, especially heavy metal ions, dirt and alkali, must be avoided. This product is aggressive to yellow metals (brass and copper).
Shelf Life: At least 6 months without notable loss of active oxygen if stored properly.
