  • This product can also be used as ingredients to control pH and for flavoring agents.
  • Food Grade Organic Acid Blend
  • Can be used as an antimicrobial carcass spray
  • Approved for use on Carcasses, Primals, Sub-primals, Cuts & Trim, and Organ Meats.
  • Suitable for use on products with ‘natural' or ‘organic' labels.
