SU 393 is for use in low moisture or dry processing environments. SU 393 is effective against microorganisms such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Escherichia coli O157:H7, Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella enterica (formerly S. typhimurium), and many others as listed on the product label.
