Deosan Deogen is a low foaming, chlorinated alkaline detergent disinfectant suitable for the recirculation cleaning of all types of milking equipment and insulated milk holding tanks (e.g. direct expansion (DX) or slush ice types)

Características:

Instruções de uso:

  • Rinse out the equipment with clean cold or warm water (Guide: 15 litres per milking unit) to remove residual milk, running to waste until the returning water is clear.
  • Make up a wash solution by adding Deosan Deogen at the rate of 3 or 5ml per litre of water (0.3 or 0.5% v/v). Dilution dependant upon complexity of the equipment to be washed and available hot water temperature.
  • Draw the solution into the plant, running the initial return solution to waste until the plant has become hot.
  • Re-circulate the wash solution for up to 10 minutes. During circulation the wash solution should achieve a minimum of 3 minutes at 60°C and a dump temperature of no less than 54°C.
  • Run the solution to waste and rinse the plant with clean cold water (Guide: 15 litres per milking unit). A terminal disinfectant may be added to the rinse water if permitted and required.
  • Drain the plant thoroughly.
Descale Routine: Ensure an acid wash is included as a regular component of the parlour cleaning routine to avoid the buildup of scale and milkstone deposits.
