For circulation cleaning routines

• Rinse out the system with clean cold or warm water, running to waste until the returning water runs completely clear (Guide: 15 litres per milking unit).
• Make up a wash solution by adding Deosan Acidbrite at the rate of 200ml/40 litres of warm or cold water.
• Re-circulate the wash solution for 6 to 8 minutes.
• Run the solution to waste at the end of the circulation period and rinse the system thoroughly with clean cold potable water (Guide: 15 litres per milking unit). NB: A suitable Deosan terminal disinfectant may be added to the rinse water if required and permitted.
• Drain the plant thoroughly.

Deosan Acidbrite is primarily used as a cold or warm wash following an evening milking, where the morning wash has been carried out with an alkali or alkali/ chlorinated product in hot water.
Deosan Acidbrite can also be used occasional descaling routines in parlour, robot and bulk tank CIP as per use instructions.
